StoryCorps, 50th Anniversary: May 6-23, 2009

The award-winning national oral history project, StoryCorps, brings its signature Airstream trailer to Manhattan for the very first time. Outfitted with a recording studio, the MobileBooth will be on the Lincoln Center campus enabling members of the community to share memories of their lives, illuminating the personal significance of Lincoln Center and its history. Participants will receive a CD of their recording, and with their permission a copy will be archived at the Libray of Congress. Damrosch Park
